Sanitarium: Brett Lee was the first ever individual contracted to promote Sanitarium's popular cereal Weet-Bix, and still fuels up every morning with seven Weet-Bix. He has been their ambassador
since
2000 and was once honoured by Sanitarium when they marketed Weet-Bix as Brett-Bix. Says Lee of the cereal: "If you watch television at all or have ever looked at a packet of Weet-Bix, you've probably noticed that I'm a pretty big fan."
Gatorade: Another major sponsor, Brett has been endorsing the energy drink for several years. Brett's opinion
on the effect of Gatorade: "In hot conditions it can be really hard to control bowling accuracy.
Since including Gatorade in my hydration strategy, my bowling has been consistently quicker and the accuracy is still there. It's the perfect balance".
Timex: Brett is the brand ambassador for Timex in India and has been sponsored by them for the past four
years. It is one of the largest watch manufacturers also has a line of watches named after him. According to VP, Marketing, Timex Watches Ltd., Salil Sadanandan "Lee stands for the brand values that we wish to communicate. We can't take a celebrity for the sake of it. So it had to be a celebrity that embodies the core values of the brand."
UVEX: Brett is endorsed by this company which is a German safety eyewear manufacturer with the local
subsidiary being Uvex Safety Australia. The great cricketer also chose UVEX for after-play wear throughout the summer in both the northern and southern hemispheres. There is also a Brett Lee line of sunglasses.
Volkswagen: Another of Brett's major sponsors, Brett drives the Volkswagen Touareg and the Golf GTI. Brett, a
self confessed 'car-nut' loves the GTI, but unlike his bowling, not just for how quick it is. He is impressed by the German design, sharp handling and level of standard features.
Kookaburra: Brett's cricket equipment including his bat which is marketed as 'The Beast' is manufactured by
this well known Australian cricket gear manufacturer.
Driza-Bone: Brett has been sponsored by this clothing company since 2006. Driza-Bone is all about keeping
warm from the inside out.
Travelex: Brett is the brand ambassador for this currency exchange firm. Travelex also has a game in which a
caricature of Brett is featured called 'Brett Lee's Backyard Cricket'.![]()
Skins: Brett has been endorsing this product since 2002. In praising the product Brett said "Whether I am playing
or training, I always wear sportskins under my whites."
DHL: The global market leader in international express, overland transport, air and ocean freight has been a
more recent sponsor of Brett's in India.
New Balance: Another one of his major sponsors, Brett has been endorsing the sportwear company's products
for several years now in India and is featured in many an advertisement.
Boost Energy Drink: Brett endorses this energy drink in India, doing promotional work for them at cricket clinics
as well as ads.
BMW: BMW (Sydney) was a past sponsor of Brett's which gifted him with a BMW Z3 convertible car. When
asked about the car, he responded "I drive a BMW Z3 from BMW Sydney at Rushcutters Bay. I get a lot of stick from my mates and the players, but what can I do...it's a sponsored car! And I absolutely love driving around Sydney in the Z3. It's a terrific car."

Woodworm: A sponsor since 2007, Brett has signed with this cricket equipment manufacturer, moving away
from Kookaburra. On the products, Brett said "I was first drawn to the Woodworm brand during the 2005 Ashes campaign when Freddie and KP really took it up to us with an aggressive and exciting style of cricket. Since then the brand has continued to develop into a major force in international cricket and I am really looking forward to being a part of this growth." The selected Woodworm bat used by Brett Lee is "The Satellite", which has a flashy silver sticker. Woodworm has created a new Brett Lee ball collection to aid both batting and bowling - a two piece leather ball for all grades called the Brett Lee Speed Freak, the two-tone soft swing ball called the Brett Lee Binga Swinga, the two tone soft ball with bounce called the Brett Lee Jaffa Satellite and a three ball set to slowly introduce young cricketers to the hard leather ball called The Brett Lee Can of Worms.
Seven: Brett joined the Channel 7 network in 2007 and hopes to continue working with them until the end of his
cricket career. On his involvement with the network Brett said "This relationship will allow me to be involved in areas outside cricket which are also of great interest."
